All of Urbane's stylists are experienced and fully trained to provide the highest level of professional services to our clients. We pride ourselves on working together as a team, so if you cannot find a desired slot with your usual stylist and would prefer to schedule your next appointment with a different stylist, we're happy to help something that works for everyone!

Scheduling your appointments

Our staff is available at your convenience to schedule your next appointment. We strongly suggest planning six months ahead to ensure your salon services are scheduled at desirable intervals to keep you looking your best.

Appointment confirmations - Don't worry, we'll remind you

No worries, we'll make sure you don't forget your appointments. Let us know if you'd like us to contact you by phone and/or email to make sure you don't miss your next appointment. As a courtesy to our staff, please let us know ahead of time if you are unable to keep an appointment. We're happy to reschedule at a later date.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, local checks, and we accept Venmo for tips. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact your stylist for the most up-to-date pricing.

Cancellation policy: All clients reserving long appointments such as all Highlighting/Bayalage appointments, Keratin and Brazilians treatments, must leave a credit card number on file. Please contact us 24 hours before to cancel or card will be charged 50% of service. Thank you.
